"Beautiful clean room and decor. The only problem were the kids who were there for a hockey tournament. They were playing hockey on the fourth floor, knocking on doors and trying to open doors. I thought that they were totally disrespectful . The parents were nowhere to be seen. I did call front desk to tell them of the issue, but no one picked up the phone."

Easy check in, however we were not informed that a breakfast was included in our stay, only that coffee in the lobby was available to us 24 hours, therefore we missed having the benefit of the morning buffet that we inquired on as the shuttle picked us up.

"Heat system was not working and room was cold overnight.
Very expensive vs what you actually get. No pools either, there is only a gym. At this price point you would expect a pool or hot tub.
It was my first time in a room with a kitchenette but no dishes whatsoever.
Elevator was broken on a few occasiins during my stay.
Room phone was not working so we had to use our cell phone, and there were many blind spots in the room making this difficult.
Pros: rooms are clean and include washer/dryer...
