"Could not fault this hotel. The food, rooms, hotel in general were all good and the staff exceptional. The only downside was that people not staying in the hotel are allowed to come in and use the facilities if they buy a drink at the bar. We were at the swimming pool and witnessed several people use the pool etc and were quite loud and rowdy at times. To me this is NOT what 5 star hotels should be doing as it takes away the exclusivity from the hotel’s guests who have paid a premium to be...

"Fantastic location in the heart of the old city. Less than five minutes to anything. Included breakfast is ample and excellent, including multiple coffees. Staff were very helpful - with restaurant recommendations and arranging transport. Very friendly and eager to help. Rooms are charming but just a little bit smaller than the pictures make them look. Although the exterior patio does help. 10/10. Would stay again."

The staff were lovely and helpful, the bedroom was clean, modern and functional with added extras we didn’t expect i.e a water dispenser on each floor and an ice bucket the staff will fill up for you.
