"I stayed with my husband and my nearly 2-year old daughter. In our time in Malta, this was our most enjoyable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I unfortunately forgot to mention that we needed a travel cot and only the front of house was left by the time we arrived but he kindly set up the travel cot for us. "Top hotel in a great location. The newly done rooms are super comfortable. We have stayed here before multiple times and always enjoyed it. Sadly, service levels are not what they used to be. Long wait times for coffee etc at breakfast, complicated and lengthy check-in etc.. Kempinski seems to rely on a mostly junior staff these days which did not appear to be well trained. "

"Love this hotel. View spectacular. The oldest part of the hotel needs a little tlc especially the plumbing (shower pressure not good). Not for people with mobility problems as it’s a steep walk up to the hotel and buses to/from. However taxis/uber/bolt cars readily available But it remains our favourite hotel in Gozo. "
