"It was our second time at the hotel and we even got to stay in the same room. Although the decor may be a little bit dated in the bathroom, the overall impression of the place is one of great comfort and charm. The public areas of very well appointed and inviting. The heated pool is such an additional bonus. The staff is wonderful, the food terrific and the surroundings simply stunning."

Long wait times for coffee etc at breakfast, complicated and lengthy check-in etc.. Kempinski seems to rely on a mostly junior staff these days which did not appear to be well trained. "
