"The moment we walked into the hotel, the staff had been very welcoming, and so was the hotel interior. It is quite new and looked beautiful inside. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants although the hotel has its own (we weren’t able to try the restaurant due to time limitations but had really good food at the rooftop bar). The room was very spacious, extremely clean and bright. The fixtures were modern. It had a minimalist vibe which we liked. The bathroom was beautiful, had the usual amenities but with added hair conditioner which was not typical of hotels, even pricey ones. The hotel had two pools, our favourite was the rooftop pool where you had beautiful 360 degree views of the area, including the sea. There was a bar which served lovely food at a reasonable price. All the staff in the hotel had a ready smile every time we met them and were very helpful with any questions we had. As we were also visiting Valetta, we only stayed 2 nights in the hotel which we now regret, as it was the best hotel out of the three we stayed in while in Malta. If we ever come back, we are staying at The Reef Hotel for sure."

"We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful 5-star hotel and spa. The setting is idyllic, with a perfect balance of tranquility and access to local attractions. It’s an ideal location for both relaxation and exploration. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, professional, and eager to help. The spa is a particular highlight. Peaceful, beautifully maintained, and a real haven for relaxation. Our room was elegant, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with lovely amenities and attention to detail. The only slight drawback was the comfort of the bed. While the bedding itself was high quality, the plastic mattress protector underneath was a bit noticeable and detracted slightly from what we had expected to be a completely plush, seamless sleeping experience. Service by the pool, while friendly, was also a little slower than expected for a hotel of this caliber. It wasn’t a major issue, but there were a few delays in ordering and receiving drinks, which stood out only because everything else was so smooth and efficient throughout the hotel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. With just a few small improvements, this would be a flawless luxury escape."

"Beautiful and authentic setting, great pool facilities and perfect place to relax and unwind. We loved our stay in Gozo, I regret not staying here for longer because we didn't manage to see everything we wanted to. Free parking if you have a car which I recommend to see more of the area. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating too. Thank you for having us ❤️"
