"He estado en este hotel en amberes, el personal es muy malo, he dejado una chamarra muy valiosa, he hablado con ellos y me dicen que nadie sabe nada, les marco y me cuelgan el teléfono. He enviado un correo a la cadena hotelera para que tome cartas en el asunto porque para mi esto es robo."

"Arrived at 23.30hrs. No Running Water in hotel. Rude staff. Room was smelling and dirty. Expired rotten sandwich from previous guests. Raised complaint to hotel.com. nothing can be done. Paid for a service that was not provided"
