"The room was neat and clean. The location was the best thing because it was near everything. The staff were not the friendliest and acted like you were bothering them. There was a young lady who was kind of rude and condescending. I was able to relax but probably won’t go there again because they lack manners and good customer service."

"I read previous reviews and almost did not book with this hotel. However, it was perfect for what we were looking for a one-night trip. "This trip was a disaster. The hotel room had black mold in the closet and on the bathroom ceiling. We didn't notice until we had had spent several nights there. That was the worse part. The breakfast was terrible. The first morning there weren't enough plates and utensils. There was NO fruit at all and this wasn't late in the morning. No pancake mix, a few pieces of bread, no bagels and there was no restocking of the hot bar. They had fruit the next day, but it was not restocked the day after....

"Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience."

"I want to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had at any hotel. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is really rude and aggressive. The rooms are dirty and they smell like cigarettes and really bad. The floors are sticky and dirty. They only give you one towel and one little bar soap, no conditioner, no hygiene products. when we arrived the room was not even ready, and once we complained within an hour of the sticky floors, dirty rooms and smell we weren’t given any type of refund....

"The property was in transition from Marriot. The phones did not work in half the rooms. The breakfast was almost non existent. They ran out of toilet paper. Had to request from another hotel. The ice machine did not work. Did not have enough towels and wash cloths in the room. They tried to over charge me $150 on my reservation. I had to fight to get correct price.
