This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Let me begin with the good: the bed was comfortable, the AC wasn't too loud, and the shower had decent water pressure.
I would warn anyone considering staying here to go somewhwere else. I checked into my room and had a few items in a cooler so I opened the refrigerator only to find it running but warm. I tried to turn on the TV and it would not start, so I picked up the phone in my room to call the front desk only for the phone to be dead. I went downstairs where the only employee behind the desk was checking in two other victims so I waited and shared my complaints. While they helped me get the TV up and running, they never replaced the phone (it had a short in the cord) or the refrigerator.
The ice maker in the hallway was out of order. The indoor swimming pool was empty and the WiFi may have been dial-up! The platform for one of the beds in my room was held together with duct tape. I had a "suite" that was supposed to have a love seat, all i had was a bench. The cover on the office chair was flaking off. It looked as if nothing had been updated since the day this place first opened.
Since my room was charged to my card by Expedia when I booked, I had no recourse as to getting at least some of my money back. Take it from me: AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
