"It stated free parking and it really isn’t. Ended up having to call someone to sort it. Costs you £6 a day and the parking is all on street and incredibly tight. Ended up adding another £50 onto our booking. The house itself is a good size but toilet left with stains in it, odd cobwebs but overall pretty clean. Pretty close to everything"

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them.
