"Positiv in dem Hotel war das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal am Empfang / Rezeption. Außerdem war das Frühstück echt in Ordnung. Insbesondere die ganzen weichen Brötchen.
Okey bis schlecht war jedoch leider der Rest. Die Zimmer waren so semi sauber. Wir hatten einmal eine dreckige Decke, der Abfluss im Bad war nicht sauber und unsere Toilette nicht mehr fest verankert (Raum 1150). Der Pool hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und das Personal scheint dort etwas überfordert zu sein....

La ubicación del hotel es 10/10, solo hay que cruzar una calle para llegar a la playa. Se puede ir caminando a varios restaurantes vista al mar.

"Breakfast was okay, good selection but the hot food was not that good. My room was 1403, right next to the rooftop bar/pool. In the morning it was incredibly noisy from the workers setting everything up between 7am and 9am. A lot of noise from the floor above as well in the morning, but that is another patio space, not rooms. I would not recommend the 14th floor because the staff is not considerate noise wise."

"The staff were unhelpful and definitely not a place to stay if you are an english speaking tourist. At times, they will not be able to help any requests and will speak about you to eachother in front of you. If asked for help, staff will leave to “fix the issue” and disappear for 10 minutes despite telling you it’ll be a few minutes. Upon retuning, they’ll greet coworkers, go behind the counter and “work” on stuff until approached again regarding request. Definitely needs better staff but...
