We love this place. We stayed there every year. Amazing hotel and spa. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and always helpful. The Spa is awesome. The food is good not great. I love the breakfast but the dinner menu needs to get better.

The hotel is undeniably beautiful, but there are a few caveats. Cons: Hotel is huge! From our room to the front desk (where the valet, restaurant, and pool are), it was about a 15-minute walk. They did tell us at the end of our stay you could request a golf cart to come pick you up, but by the time they would actually get there and take you back, I would assume it would take just as long. It is not just the one building; there are, I believe, 9 buildings. - There are also no mosquito/window screens in the rooms, so there were some mosquitoes/flies in the room. - The pool is quite nice, but there are lots of children! - To use the hot tubs, you need to schedule a time, which no one told us, so by the time we found out, it was all booked until the end of our stay. Pros: Breakfast is really good, lots of options (omelets, tapiocas, eggs, cheeses, breads, meats...). - Beds are really comfy, and rooms are very spacious. - Front desk staff and valet are very nice and helpful.

We love this hotel, my second time staying with friends and family. Everyone is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. Great pool and Spa service. The restaurant is good but not great. I just wish they had a better menu for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is always great.

Quarto limpo, café da manhã era fresco somente o cafe, suco, tapioca, bolos demais estavam lá, parados a dias. Funcionários sem noção, de saber que as pessoas não precisam usar quartos adaptados se não precisam de acessibilidade. Simplesmente inacriditavel. Inicialmente ficamos em um quarto térreo, um pouco escuro, mas solicitamos troca e fomos prontamente atendidos pela equipe da recepção. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, quarto confortável, piscinas muito boas, sala de jogos/ game. Gostaria de elogiar em especial a moça que estava na hidromassagem na sexta e no domingo, muito atenciosa e gentil. Café da manhã com boa variedade. O hotel conta também com transfer para gramado e canela. Já havíamos nos hospedado antes e seguimos recomendando o hotel.

Gostei do hotel, muito bonito. mas esperava mais pelo valor. O café da manhã é normal, nao achei Nada de maravilhoso. Estava numa expectativa do restaurante que tb deixou bastante a desejar. Fiquei no último apartamento, então era tudo longe apesar de ter o carrinho que levava. Piscinas pequenas e pouca hidro para a quantidade de pessoas que podem ser hospedaras no hotel.

Esse hotel foi uma surpresa maravilhosa, lindo e uma ótima estrutura. Perfeito para quem viaja com crianças e precisa de uma boa estrutura. Apesar de Gramado ter muitas atrações, muitas vezes precisei ficar no hotel por causa da minha bebê de 1 ano e esse hotel tinha muitas coisas para fazer principalmente nos dias chuvosos. Super limpo, chuveiro quentinho, funcionários cordiais e o restaurante é maravilhoso, inclusive para jantar. Super recomendo.

Infelizmente na hora de contratar acabei pegando um quarto “adaptado” que não entendi no momento de concluir! Isso induziu-me a erro e tive a pior experiência da minha vida!
