"Stayed here for two nights on my final stop in Gran Canaria. The basics are solid. Staff were professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. No issues there. I also appreciated that underground parking was included. That said, this property is clearly geared toward business travelers, not solo leisure stays. For what you get, it felt overpriced. The location is convenient for airport access if you have a car, but otherwise it’s not particularly appealing or enjoyable to spend time...

"Everything at Radisson Blu was amazing. From check in and welcome to checking out. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were super friendly, food choice and quality was great. We were pleased to have water replenished in the room daily. As there was capacity in the hotel we were able to check out later. Our request for a topper to go on the sofa bed was quickly activated. We can’t praise the hotel enough. There’s a nice walk to the port with lots of restaurants if needed. We’ll be back."

"Plus Wunderschönes Hotel mit toll gestalteten Innen- und Außenbereichen, traumhaften Pools und einem hervorragenden Buffet. Die Lage ist top und alles ist sehr sauber. ​Minus In einem 5-Sterne-Haus setzen wir eine Nespresso-Maschine als Standard voraus. Zudem besonders enttäuschend war, dass die Kaffeepäckchen trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage beim Reinigungspersonal und an der Rezeption nicht nachgefüllt wurden. ​Letztens der Zutritt zur Sauna war leider nicht im Preis enthalten, sondern nur gegen...

"Pool was very pleasant. Staff were accommodating and very friendly and helpful. Short walk to an ‘original’ beach, very rocky! Nice restaurants and a Spa. "

"Als je wil genieten van deze mooie stad in een prachtig hotel ga dan hier heen. Dit is ons 4e hotel in Las Palmas (ieder jaar 1x een nachtje als we in Meloneras zitten) en de beste tot nu toe. Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige kamer en ontbijt was te gek, keuze vanaf een kaart en wat vers bereid. Gewoon doen"

"Staff absolutely kind - they changed me the room in order to checkin before the available time. Room and bathroom very clean. Room free space a little bit small for 2 people - you do not have enough space to leave your baggage (if the big one). Wifi very good - I worked from there and no problems about videocall. You cannot see the sea but it is 2 minutes walking from the main beach. You can also find a lot of places where to drink and eat what you want."
