"Muy amables"

"Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. "Amazing experience! The people were truly wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Everything was great, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with clean rooms and great food."

I showed them my Expedia confirmation, receipt, and my card statement showing the payment had...
