"The apartment is very nice, clean, and in a great location!! We loved it. The only reason for the 4-Stars is the fact that the hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They were also out of coffee. Thankfully there were very responsive and took care of these things quickly. "

"The hotel a/c unit rattled in which one could not sleep. I left at 5 AM due to the rattling. Then I was placed near the highway which you could hear. The hotel was not full and why could you not be placed opposite of the hotel. The clerk asked - did you complain. What is the point? You are attempting to sleep. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms have someone come in to take a look in the middle of the night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone."

"We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day.
