"Very nice hotel in the heart of Salt Lake City. I highly recommend it!"

"The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were disgusting. The jacuzzi was covered in algae and had what appeared to be a piece of poop at the bottom of it while the pool also had algae and bugs floating around. When I went to scoop out the bugs I discovered there was a roach in the pool. I complained to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. Despite being on site the manager Rachael refused to come speak with me. The front desk left her messages and emailed her, I emailed her and every-time I went to the desk to ask to speak with her in person, they told me she would get back with me. I even complained to corporate and have yet to hear back from her. I will never stay here or at a Hyatt again."

"Property is well located downtown, not too much going on at night. Quiet and feels relatively safe. Helpful staff, nice rooms. Parking for a fee was probably my least favorite part. Although you are allowed to park on the street but subject to availability"

"The hotel staff was very friendly and the location was convenient. However, this is a very dated hotel. You can tell that they made an effort to make it more inviting. There’s a fountain in the lobby. All the bedding is clean. However, the carpet is old. The elevator is old. The breakfast is very basic with cereal, oatmeal, juice, and waffles. If you need any protein or a good cup of coffee you can walk to other local spots. You get what you pay for. Good experience, but would probably pay more to stay elsewhere."
