It was a good location and the hotel wasn't bad. It was clean and smelled nice when we walked in. We wanted to go to the Jacuzzi, but it was not hot and when I asked about it at the front desk, he had no idea and said he would have to call maintenance, I told him nevermind. Overall it was fine.

Like most places in Williams, the property is old and needs some upgrades but everything in the rooms works and the staff was nice. Location of the property is perfect. It is minutes from Coaster adventure park and the main street that has all the restaurants and attractions.

The room was better than expected based on other reviews. It was clean and well equipped. The shower pressure was good. However the king-size bed was not very comfortable compared to other places we have stayed and the outside areas were a bit tatty. Location was good and the staff efficient. Breakfast was as expected having a narrow range of items.

Staff was ok. We tried to ask some questions a few times (between 5 qnd 7), but there was no one around. It fwlt like a morel from the outside, though the rooms were good. Good water pressure.

Not clean, blood on sheets, unworking hotel phone, no alarm clock, 2 pieces of dry bread and half small styrafome cup of milk for continental breakfast 🤔 soap dispenser came out of bathroom wall, unheated pool. I was completely embarrassed to bring my family there.

We only had to sleep a couple hrs there, the heating/air conditioner face was broken and laying on the floor. And the extra room had a space heater, which was odd. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom looked clean.

This is a great economical choice for your visit to Grand Canyon. Good price, friendly people, a nice Free Breakfast and daily room service. Haven't seen that since COVID! Clean updated facility. We will stay there again.
