"Loved our stay in a one bedroom suite! Our room was lovely, very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating our complimentary breakfast (very good) on our terrace. We often stopped by the pool area on our way back from the beach. It is beautiful and a great place to relax and cool off. The evening shuttle to Grande Case gave us the option to catch a ride, though we often walked as it’s close by and we enjoyed the walk. Many great restaurants in the area….we loved Java...

We had a bit of an issue with our room on one of the nights and she took the time to show us other rooms and place us elsewhere in the vicinity, which felt above and beyond! "The stay at Princess was beautiful for a peaceful and quiet time. The office staff was also very attentive and made sure our stay was good. We loved that breakfast was delivered to the room. The staff was great except for when we checked out and asked for assistance with our bags because there was no elevators for that side of our room. There was an employee that they referred to as Gabriel and he was absolutely horrible when helping us with our bags and driving to the office for us to check...

"This is a tough review to write, because the staff was so lovely and helpful. That being said, there was an absolutely disgusting amount of seaweed coming the beach and ocean. You could not go to the beach and you could not swim in the ocean.... being that this is marketed as a beach resort, we were very disappointed when we arrived to learn we could not go on the beach or in the ocean... Seems like they easily could have sent an email or let us know the status of the beach prior to arrival, or...
