"I was in town for a concert. This was a reasonable place to stay. The hotel is, in general, budget friendly and you get what you pay for. I felt safe and the property was in acceptable condition. I would not recommend stays longer than a weekend."

"TL:DR, The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I paid Expedia extra for a room that wasn’t available, and the staff accommodated as much as they were able and was very friendly. I very much appreciated that. I wanted to stay here because I’ve driven by it literally hundreds of times and the atrium chandelier always looks so nice from the freeway. Inside, the rest of the hotel is also nice, just old. The carpeted floor is just slightly sticky in the way that most South Louisiana hotels are....

"Property was new and well designed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff was very helpful and intuitive. The beds were very comfortable and the water Pressure was to my satisfaction. The AC was also very cold which is a huge plus especially during the hot summer months. A special shout out to Megan, Dean, Vibha who provided extra care and exceptional service. Will definitely be returning next time drive through Louisiana."

"Terrible Customer Service – Will Not Return ​I accidentally left my USB charger in the room and called to check if housekeeping had recovered it. The representative, Mike, was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again.""

"You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!"
