Older hotel but clean. Rooms are dated. Ate in the pub and food was pretty good. Staff were very low key at checkin and restaurant. Rooms have no mini fridge and uncomfortable flat small pillows on the bed. Also no soap in bathroom. Overall it’s adequate and clean.

We had to wait 2 hours past the check in time for our room, room is in poor condition with need of major renovation. Hair dryer didn't work in the room and tv remote didn't work. Staff were friendly.

The place looks abandoned on the outside and seriously run down on the inside. Our room was musty and stinky. Broken lamps, dark hallways, neglected spaces. The good: The check in process was positive and the room was large. The bed was comfortable. Convenient location along the TCH. We would not stay here again.

We booked via Expedia for a pet friendly room. The room was in dire need of a whole makeover. The pillows should have been tossed years ago. No fridge in our room because it was pet friendly. We could get one for an added cost of $60.00 Upon arrival the front desk staff was rude and did not listen when I answered her questions. I would not recommend staying here unless you are desperate.

I booked with expedia for 2 queen beds and for our dogs. When I got here I was in a non pet friendly room and was downgraded to 2 double beds... Not what I reserved , A mistake was made on booki g by expedia or me .... It said pet friendly .....
