The hotel was clean and the staff, very helpful and courteous. The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. The pool must have been having heater problems as the pool was not warm at all. If these were fixed or addressed, I would probably stay there again.

Girl at front desk was very helpful. The pool was nice and the room was clean. It’s an older hotel, but well kept up. Some of the clients were a little shady looking, just felt a little uncomfortable.

Friendly, helpful host(s). Room was clean. Nothing fancy but most adequate, especially when considering the very reasonable rate and the inclusion of hot breakfast. Would stay there again.

We had a 2 queen suite that was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We did not encounter any of the other staff during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. Breakfast was hot and had good protein and fruit options. It seems like they are working on room updates because some things were updated and some things could have used updating. No bugs, dead or alive.

This is always our place to stay in Grand Island with our grandchildren when viewing the Sandhill Cranes. The family suite is perfect!!! The staff is friendly and kind.

The hotel is an older hotel. Very small bathroom but clean. They offered a good breakfast. Very good Mexican restaurant across the street. Our only major complaint was the smell in our room. It smelled like a dog and was very evident each time you entered the door.

The place is good to spend a night , I think is too pricey for what they offer . Bathroom is terrible small if you seating on the toilet and want to close or open the door you will have to stand up to be able to close the door , sink is extra small , towels where old one of the towels had holes on it haha . But front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. I probably will find me a different place for next time visit. Ahh one more thing breakfast was good and the lady that was preparing it is very friendly.
