Room was spacious and clean with a great view. The only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure in the shower and it didn’t get super hot. The morning after our first night we found that the balcony door was left open by the previous people which caused the room to be quite chilly but once it was shut it was nice and warm.
What a view, it was the height of fall and we were surrounded by beauty

Stayed at Eagle Ridge Resort 2 nights and had 2 different rooms. Check in was easy, very friendly staff, answered our many questions. Both rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels, bathroom items. 1st night was a premium studio with fireplace & a great mountain view. 2nd night was a standard studio with 1 bedroom, fireplace & a great mountain view. Also well stocked and had a kitchen with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and would suggest those looking for a great place, this is it. Book for more than one night, you won't be sorry!
Nice mountain view trail side. So quiet. We don't ski so we came in the off season to enjoy the mountain views, cool evenings with dark skies so we could actually see the stars. So quiet when we cozied up by the fireplace. Swimming and enjoying the jacuzzi while we watched the sun set behind the mountain was fantastic. In just five minutes we could be at Lake Superior watching the sunrise. So wonderful and relaxing for the season we were there.
Nice room. Clean. Spacious bathroom and bedroom. Loved the fireplace and added murphy bed for extra space. Kitchen was nice to have. Limited amenities in the kitchen but it worked well for what we needed.
If you have room 249, good luck trying to sleep. There is an electric box on the outside of the building situated directly outside the bedroom window. You will have a buzzing sound penetrate your brain all night, making you want to go crazy. So you'll have to sleep out on the sleeper sofa which is squeaky and the mattress has an odd 'S' shape almost like you're sleeping on a pool lounge chair.
Otherwise a great place to stay for Lutsen ski weekeend
From start to finish, this was a great place to stay. The check-in process was flawless, Dinner at Charlies Bistro was delicious, and the room was spacious, clean and super comfortable.
View was amazing. Room was much better than I would have thought! Large, great layout....took us a bit to get the fireplace to work and the keyless entry app didn't work but we just did the registration desk instead and that was perfect. There's not much to do in town in the fall unfortunately in the immediate area other than hike but lots to see in driving distance.
The room was clean and spacious with a fabulous view. The fitness center included work out room, outside heated pool and whirlpool with great views. The sauna was great too.
Clean room, nice kitchen, nice outdoor hot tub & pool with great views. Check in could have been smoother. Digital key didn’t upload and I had to call to get the room number.
Great value, great location. Year round pool is awesome. very well kept up. Only reason cleanliness did not get 5 stars was the flies in the room which is unavoidable this time of year.
We had a great stay again this year for our anniversary. Love being up the shore in the fall. The staff is always amazing and super helpful. Look forward to being back next year.
The unit was clean and attractive. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The fireplace was not a heat source as much as an aesthetic decor. We like the coffee choices.
The grounds were natural and close to a walking trail and the alpine slopes de. It was a pleasant trip for us and our grandchildren.
