"We loved this hotel! It had everything we needed for our stay. The pool, lazy river, chairs in the pool for parents, mini golf and FREE breakfast was fantastic! Loved the smaller size bc it wasn't busy and felt more intimate. Felt safe for the kids to wander and explore the property. My daughter left behind her shoes and we were able to get them back a few days later. So happy with the honesty of the cleaning and front desk staff. "

"This hotel is perfect for a Universal Parks trip! There are shuttles to take you to the parks and you can walk to EPIC Universe in 8 mins. The food choices at the cosmos cafe are excellent, there is even a Starbucks onsite and a grab and go snacks place. The gift shop is loaded with fantastic items. The pool area is amazing. There is a large pool with a poolside bar, outdoor games, loads of lounge chairs and a hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed during a Summit cheer event so the hotel was very busy and loud. The elevators had wet floors and our hallway was a bit messy with food outside the room doors. We did not use any amenities since we were only there to sleep but the pool area looked very nice. The Market had a nice selection of toiletries and drink/snack options. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful."

"Everything is so spread out. I had hoped access to everything was easier to get to from our room. The kids liked the pool but got bored easily. Wish there was a small slide and hot tub just for parents. Something to sit in while watching kids play. Or even a quick soak at night.
Bus to Universal was nice. Did not utilize anything else just due to how spread out everything was. "
