"Beautiful hotel with lovely facilities and beach. We found the food very average compared to other 5* all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in Europe and the UAE. Only one à la carte restaurant is included on the all inclusive package and was nothing to rave about - would probably give it a 7/10 max. The service again was ok, but have received far better at other hotels. Given that food makes up such a big part of a holiday for us we probably wouldn’t return, but the hotel itself has a lot of potential."
"Food quality and variety superb. Hygiene paramount floors tables counters cleaned after every meal seating ! Nicely appointed grounds and facilities .. great location and the beach front gets top billing. Front desk to servers waiters chefs just amazing . Thank you we will return"
"What an incredible stay! The team at Preskil went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their friendliness and professionalism were outstanding throughout our visit.
The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Spacious, clean, beautiful decor, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up each morning with a view of the ocean was a real highlight.
The team at the boat house were fantastic. There were so many activities included, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend the snorkeling where you snorkel near Ile Aux Aigrettes. The stand up paddle boards and kayaks are also a must!
The spa was a real treat. It was so peaceful and relaxing in the most beautiful setting by the Banyan tree. We felt so relaxed and rejuvenated that we found ourselves returning for a second visit.
There are 3 restaurants at the resort with lots of variety, delicious meals and attentive service! We went with All-Inclusive which we found was very good value.
The service, location, activities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations! We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return."
"Had a fantastic time! The facilities were perfrect, well maintained and clean. staff were helpful and hospitable in general. We could also see dolphins swimming near the resort. Very happy with our stay.
Only minor point is that dinner reservations at the restaurants on site can be a bit tricky (e.g. we were given a later booking even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time we requested)."
"Really great location, good value for money. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and the staff always welcomes you with a smile. There are also some cute cats around the resort, very friendly.
Breakfast has good options. We had dinner once at their restaurant, as we had B&B only but there were plenty options. The desserts are not very good, though.
They could perhaps improve on the bar facilities, the cocktails do not look or taste like proper cocktails.
Also, during the day, they have only one burger van and ice cream place, which is great, but perhaps, again, maybe like a bar with few snacky options, closer to the beach sunbeds. However, over all, we felt same and welcomed, would come back again 🙏"
"The location is very good. This beachside property provides an exclusive beach suitable for water activities.
Food at the La Gaulette restaurant was amazing.
The poolside bar along with other bars were great. Kids truly enjoyed the Riu Land."
