Staff was not very welcoming upon arrival we seemed to be bothering him. Room was nice a clean. Husband said coffee was terrible. The bed was very comfortable. Over all it was a good stay minus the rudeness of the guy that checked us in.

Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by IHG
It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast.

I put in a special request and someone responded immediately. All the staff was friendly. Amenities like cold water, cookies and games in the lobby were nice. Everything was good the service very good very helpful staff and the room was very clean the parking situation was good maybe be a bit pricey but seems to be the situation every where around town
