"This was a very cheap rate on a room so expectations weren’t high. We arrived in town early and went to ask for early checkin. Property was all but empty, but one of the 6-7 employees sitting in the lobby when I went in at 2 pm said they didn’t have any rooms ready. Hotel had a weird vibe from the beginning. When 4 pm came around and we went to check in, there was no mad rush. Place just didn’t feel welcoming. We opted not to stay there."

"They only had 1 elevator working during my stay which seems to be a problem for many people from doing research. My keycard would not work either when trying to get into my hotel room. The staff was nice but they just had alot of maintenance issues. The property is old. I dont think the price is worth it to be honest. The beds were comfortable and they were clean sheets. Ac was nice and cool"

The breakfast options were good. My family was not very impressed with the eggs, but other than that it was pretty good.

"I did receive a night visit, some of the staff tried to open the door at 11 at night, it was a mistake but the experience was awful. The did apologize and explain the they confused the room but I was not happy about it. And other than that the experience is ok, the location is good, the value for money is ok. But I din not love the please. The rooms are not in the same building as the lobby, there were smokers in the way. And the breakfast was 2/5"

"Stay was amazing, staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and a 15 min drive to the parks..the only thing is the complimentary shuttles to the parks you needed a reservation and I was never able to get one all 4 days to the parks..not the hotels fault so just fyi prepare for your own transportation. Other than that this place is amazing to stay at! Totally recommend this place very clean rooms!"

"We booked here because it was close to universal studios.
