"The property is very well maintained, we were a group of 5 staying in one unit and a group of 3 staying at a different room. The lady that checked us in was not very welcoming with us. She did not give us the amenities of facility information sheet and we had to ask her for our room keys as she said that the first person that checked in a few hours before we arrived had our keys which was not true and she did not even care to check the reservation before telling us that. "The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. "

"Parking deck is horrible , Very hard to get a full sized truck in it . Room was fabulous ,very cute , spacious and clean . Had fun in pools , was there two days then got stopped and was told we had to have pool bands. Will definitely come back "

"Great resort! Clean and perfect location!"

"The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...

"Would stay again. Loved the condo. The only downside is the cordless vac was not working and there was no broom. Combined with a beach trip this made the cleanliness go away."
