"It is a new hotel very clean , Room is big,very nice receptionist. Very good breakfast buffet with beautiful view on the 9 th floor. Not so nearby to Metro, Taxis are not expensive. But the signal of the hotel is not attracting enough, therefore 🚕 drivers went to wrong gates 😂😂"

The facilities are beautiful and spotless, but the exceptional service is what truly makes this hotel outstanding. As first-time visitors to Shenzhen in over 25 years, we had difficulties using Alipay and WeChat Pay. The reception team was incredibly patient and helpful, guiding us through the process. One evening, a kind receptionist even helped us order and pay for our meal when we were unable to do so ourselves. Her kindness made our stay especially memorable. To celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, the hotel surprised us with a lovely fruit basket and a complimentary room upgrade. The staff also went above and beyond by assisting us with urgent late-night laundry service before our next trip. We are deeply grateful for the warm hospitality and outstanding care we received.
