"Been staying for years. It was a great place, then about 3-4 years ago it…changed. Not sure what but the quality of everything went down. Not the staff, you could tell the staff was frustrated, but they have always been great. During this stay there was storage containers of new furniture, their pool/hot tub was (mostly) fixed…. You can tell they are investing into the place! They are on the right path. I stay often, so I’ll right another review after their update. Overall, decent stay at a decent price. Staff great as always!"

"I had a lovely early spring stay at the Charlevoix House! The gorgeous inn is steeped in historic charm, the cozy room was immaculate, and the scenic property location is the perfect proximity to downtown. Steffan, the innkeeper, was the gem of the experience, crafting delicious breakfasts each morning, sharing information on local beaches and hikes, and checking in to ensure my stay was pleasant. I will definitely be visiting again! "
