"Pull out couch in suite 121 had dirty sheets. The cold water on the faucet didn't work. The lamp had a short in the wire and worked when it wanted to. Housekeeping never showed up during our stay. Bathroom was dated. Spiderwebs in room."

"I only rated it four stars because the hotel is dated. However, I'm certain that in its heyday, it must have been so elegant. The food was very good, and the food and drink coupons were very generous. Though I only rated it 4 stars, I would definitely return."
