"We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Portetta. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and easily sort out anything you need (from airport transfers to guides). There is a lovely spa and not just a ski room, but a ski shop (where you can rent equipment, etc.). Hotel Portetta is ski-in-ski-out, a few strides from the Courchevel Moriond gondola. "Perfect ski-in/ski-out location. Although the hotel is a bit worn down, the friendly, service-minded staff and the very clean rooms more than compensate. There is a frequent free local shuttle bus right outside, or you can easily take an Uber to and from Courchevel centre."

In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. At check-in the apartment was not cleaned or prepared: no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit...

"I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. "
