"The property was nice! We got the one bedroom suite! Bathroom was clean but really needed updated! We used the pull out couch! Underneath really needs to be swept and bottom of white topper for the mattress had stains on it so we were a little disappointed in this as this is why we got the suite! Breakfast was very good and kept up! Kudos to the breakfast lady! Woukd I stay here again possibly if the sleeper sofa was cleaned! Room 148"

"For a Crown Plaza property, it was in need of a general refresh. The room was fine but the public areas, the bar and restaurant were "tired.". The staff was not as polished as I would have expected in this type of hotel."

"Bed was comfortable, the hotel was clean, not immaculate, but a good place to sleep. Central to food and shopping. The only downside was they must have just washed the carpeting in our room and it was not dry yet. The room was damp and your feet got wet when you walked on the floor. At least that shows they cleaned them, though!"

"The cook at breakfast was wonderful. They operate on very little staff. We stayed in the Iris room which was very cramped and outdated. Cords were coming from every outlet. We had a balcony room, and the trash dumpsters were right below us so we could smell garbage when we were out on the porch."

"I wouldn't recommend it. Tub had rust, the ridge was dirty and I accidentally pulled out the filter in the AC and it was horrible. We asked to change rooms. It was a little bit better. I wouldnt go back again."

"Cups for room coffee didn’t fit to coffee maker. Air conditioner wasn’t working well to make room cool, it felt too warm. But the suite room was nice to block the TV sounds well from the bedroom. I didn’t hear any noise from adjoining room and spacious enough for both room’s feeling separated"

"The fact that the elevator was not working and after driving six hours and getting in at midnight then having to haul all the luggage up three flights of stairs it was not pleasant. The only thing the front desk person said was the manager did not want to pay a service call all weekend so it was not working did not help at all"
