"Bonjour Je suis déçue , il fait froid ds la chambre, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas non plus, la réceptionniste est au courant mais n’a pas bougée , j’ai du jeter ma nourriture, il ya de la poussière sur le socle de la lampe halogène, pour le prix payé prochainement j’irai ailleurs. "This was the most wonderful stay! The staff was incredible and very pleasant. We loved our chalet and everything was clean and well kept all over the property. We definitely recommend renting the bikes to ride to Versailles and around the park. There is a nearby market, Les Vergers De Gally, we highly recommend for some nice groceries. "

"Great location, a few steps away from Chateau de Versailles and the RER station. All the staff at the reception and room service were warm and very helpful. Breakfast was good with enough variety though they will be generally similar day to day. The balcony feature in my room is nothing to write home about, as there is no view worth staying out or opening the windows for (still appreciated for good air circulation and natural light).
