"There was no hot water in our stay at the tail end of winter. The electricity went out at 2 am. The property was amazing but if you’re staying to be close to downtown this property is 20 mins away by car. In the summer our issues may not be as critical but in 50 degree weather it was an ordeal to shower with ice cold water. "We had a very positive experience at Tramonto Ibleo. The property is new, very clean, and extremely well planned. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are excellent, and the overall structure feels thoughtful and welcoming. The view of the mountains from the hotel is absolutely beautiful and adds to the charm. "The staff at Villa Felicia are it's greatest asset. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and the one at the nearby Limoni is even better. Villa Felicia provides an excellent spread at breakfast (the homemade cakes are particularly good) and the restaurant in the evening is superb. Public transport links are not great, so a car is pretty much essential, but thankfully there is plenty of parking onsite. Overall an enjoyable experience in a very friendly hotel."
