"Sure it's clean and the staff are off chose lovely but - they don't provide a kettle in the room which i find really annoying, who doesn't like a tea before bed? I came for the sauna and steam room but the steam room was broken. Why not just fix it? Pay someone to come and fix it as soon as it breaks. ..."

"Das Hotel muss dringend renoviert werden. Für das Buchen eines Meeting Raums für 3.5 Stunden wurden mir 350 CHF verlangt! Zwei Nächte und Frühstück kosten 280 CHF?????? Wo ist da die Logik????? Zudem hat sich das Perosnal total unflexibel betreffend dem Meetingraum gezeigt... Betreffend dem Sitzungszimmer ..."
