"The carpet in the room smelled really bad. "

"From check-in to check-out and everything in between(breakfast, room was clean, dove products, channel selection, plenty of towels). I got sick from who knows what or were so we didn’t get to go to the ark encounter and had to stay in all weekend. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to see the ark. Thank you "

"It was a fun experience. The glamping and the bath houses were exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you would need. Just an FYI. It says there is a heater and an air conditioner. They have it set so you can only have it on one temperature and you cannot control it yourself because if you move it out of a 3° range, it flips the breaker and doesn’t work at all. (They set it that way) It was 46° out and our clamping never got higher than 54° in the tent with it set on 72°. And that was every unit because we all discussed it in the morning while waiting on showers. You only get a sheet and thin blanket on the bed so bring extras. We went to Walmart and bought a small space heater for the second night. Also, they do not answer your messages 24/7. We checked in at 10:30 at night and never heard from them till 7 AM. I sent three messages in the middle of the night. Also, just FYI there is an emergency room helicopter pad right next to the Bath house. It will sound like they are landing on your tent. You have your own fire pit and they provide firewood and paper plates and utensils and tongs and everything you need. You just need a lighter and s’mores! Really nice place I just want you to be aware of the heater/AC and the helicopter pad. The playground is really nice but a little bit of a walk from glamping."

"It was fine for a quick stay, but also kind of gross. Needs to be updated. Needs the person updating to know how to fix things. Can tell someone tried here and there. Also someone drew a dick in the Bible. "

"I had 3 rooms with double queen beds. One of the rooms AC did not work. The power went out without being told when it would be back on. When asking about the AC they said just to turn it on…. Even tho it was stuck on heat. They didn’t care so I had to get a bit assertive to ask. The pool is super tiny and just being close by the door my eyes were burning from how much chlorine was in the pool. The breakfast was very average and never was hot. Yes I woke up early and went down to get some right as they opened. And still wasn’t hot in the containers. Pretty much can only have one hotel key card per room since they said they can’t give another one out. "

"I had an amazing experience with this property. The place was spotless, very clean, and well organized. Everything matched the photos and description perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything you need. I felt safe and completely at home during my entire stay. I highly recommend this property 100%. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Excellent service and a true 5-star experience."

"The over all stay was great just had issues with check in they didn’t have the room we reserved we had to change rooms the next day we booked a suite and had to stay in a room with 1 king bed and a pull out couch for 4 people but the next day we where able to get our suite "
