My husband and I stayed here while visiting the Ark Encounter, which was only about an eight-minute drive away, and it was a great experience overall. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. We loved everything about this hotel! It smells so nice when you walk in and the lobby has a cozy fireplace. The front desk staff were very friendly and the free breakfast was delicious! Our kids liked having hot chocolate available in the lobby at any time. Our room was super spacious and the location was convenient. It was a great stay for the price we paid.

Very busy, cleanliness was mid (crumbs on suite couch). We didn’t even partake in the breakfast bc of the large crowd. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby. Location was great off the interstate and about a 10 min drive from the Ark Encounter. I don’t feel like for the price the quality was sufficient.

The room was very clean and the staff did a great job. However, there was an extra charge for late checkout, even though many hotels offer complimentary late checkout. Also, the TV could use an update since it does not have a Netflix app available. Not much activity to do around the town.
