Very courteous staff, clean rooms, easy access to various activities both at Grand bear and in the surrounding area. Also surprisingly quiet considering the amount of families that were there. Better Sound insulation than expected.

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that the property is outdated. But..the staff was awesome, everything was clean, pool heated, everything else was perfect!

We had a good experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpets can definitely be replaced with a new one, it smelled musty and breakfast should come with condiments like ketchup and hot sauce or salsa.
