"The room was horrible, there was a toothpick on the floor, the carpet was dirty and stained, the towels in the restroom were grey not white, the restroom door had two holes (looked like someone punched it) one of the holes looked like they tried to fix it but did a terrible job. Overall I was not happy with the room at all but unfortunately all the hotels in town were sold out so we had to stay there. "I have been coming to the Harrah’s for years and each year the rooms seem to get worse despite saying “renovated” . The room was really dirty and all the drawers do not stay closed. The air conditioning kept going off. The private beach is always super clean and the reason why we always choose to stay here. Also if you’re booking a stay here I think there should be a discount towards jet ski rentals and canopy rentals, there is no reason why a canopy rental cost more than your 3-4 day stay for a...
