Struttura Buona e funzionale nelle immediate vicinanze dell’aeroporto di Orio al Serio! Buona e variegata la colazione con ottimi pancakes ! Unica nota stonata il CAFFÈ’!!! Forse fatto con macchina automatica era a dir poco terribile!

Una cattedrale nel deserto, intorno non c’è nulla. Struttura bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta in ogni particolare. Peccato non aver usufruito della spa (solo il pomeriggio e solo su prenotazione)

Hotelli sijaitsee melko kaukana lentokentästä. Lentokentän ja hotellin välillä teollisuusaluetta, jossa ei ole jalkakäytäviä. Aamuyöstä saatavilla vain hotellin yksityiskuljetus lentokentälle. Valitettavasti kylpylään oli pääsykielto lapsilta, josta ei sivuilla ollut mainintaa. Huoneet eivät todellakaan ole äänieristettyjä, käytävällä soiva musiikki ja naapurihuoneen keskustelut kuuluivat selkeästi huoneeseen. Hotelli ja huoneet olivat siistit ja puhtaat. Kylpyhuoneen lattia oli märkänä todella liukas. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Our strenght is our location, 2km far from the Airport and the huge shopping mall Orio Center. To reach those location we provide our shuttle otherwise is always possible ask for a taxi at our Reception, open 24h. Regarding the Spa is well informed in our website and in the confirmation letter that child under 16years old are not allowed. We are sorry for the noise cause by other Guests. Un ottimo hotel in posizione strategica per chi deve prendere l' aereo, il personale è molto cortese e prontissimo ad accontentarti. Il ristorante dell' albergo ,l' officina , propone un menù di ottima qualità accompagnato da una bella selezione di vini di molte regioni. Sicuramente super consigliato.

Parfait pour une étape entre deux trajets de voyag
Hôtel à la belle décoration idéalement situé près de l’aéroport de Milan-Bergame. Très pratique quand on est obligé de couper son voyage en deux ! Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Personnel disponible et agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner !

Esperienza davvero positiva
Hotel molto bello e comodissimo per l'aeroporto di Bergamo, anche per l'uso del parking gratuito. Personale davvero cordiale e professionale. Bella la zona spa e la palestra. Camera spaziosa. Unico suggerimento: cambiare il phon, si spegneva continuamente!

We loved this property. Wonderful staff and reception. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel that is also popular with the public. Wonderful food, beautiful room great breakfast, superior staff. Close to airport. Cute small town.

Tutta scena, ma una delusione
Hotel esteticamente curato nei particolari. Peccato che proprio i letti ,di primario uso ed importanza, non presentino i giusti rivestimenti secondo le consuete norme igieniche: nessun compri materasso, nessuna cerata, materassi non sfoderabili. Quindi questo fa pensare che fluidi corporei di migliaia di altri viaggiatori finiscano tranquillamente nell'anima del materasso...un vero schifo. Ascougamani ruvidi, poca cura nei dettagli ( come un solo paia di ciabatte per due persone...) e testiera del letto macchiata di non si sa che cosa... Il check in lento, pieno di scartoffie burocratiche e pure una caparra da versare ( 150 euro per 2 camere..) mai visto in nessun hotel, viaggio moltissimo per lavoro ...

This hotel punches above its weight. They also have very nice respectable restaurant as a benefit as well. I stay here every time I am in Bergamo

Excellent Hotel & Customer Service
Myself and my granddaughter had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We had an issue with a broken toilet seat in the room, we were immediately offered a new room. Great customer service from every staff member we came into contact with. Food we excellent. The shuttle bus was a god send for airport transfers and getting access to local public transport for days out. My only negative is that there is no facilites in the rooms to make tea or coffee. There is a mini bar but quite expensive.
