Basic no frills room. Clean and a decent size room. Didn't have breakfast to comment on. Staff were friendly and helpful. The funicular is a 20/25 minutes walk away to access the upper town. Lower town is about a 10 minutes walk away.

Had to get shuttle bus at cost of 5€ to the airport to catch local bus to Bergamo. Local bus good and varriety of tickets available. Eg single fare, 24 hour or 72 hour tickets at reasonable cost. Buses to Milan. Also the Oriel shopping mall good.
