My room was near the water, but you had to walk down the sand to get to it due to construction work. "They are very accommodating! Francesca was so nice and all the staff, Ronnie, Juan, eva fun. Food is a little pricey but staying there you get breakfast and it's very good. You also must eat at Smokys!! Carlos is awesome and the food is excellent!!!"

"Great place to stay. I would stay again. I rate the cleanliness 10/10 and thats due to fresh smelling sheets and towels and I observed them mopping our room. I had no issues with cleanliness as a germaphobe. As a somewhat picky eater, I would say the food was pretty good (ate breakfast at the buffet and ordered from their pool menu). It is easy to get around and the hotel has its own pier for water taxis (10 minutes water taxi to West End). Walking distance to the shopping mall. Beach is nice....

"The room was clean and the pool was beautiful and well kept. The location is good and walking distance to the water and restaurants. The road to get to the main road washed out during a couple of days of rain. The only complaint I had was there is no coffee in the room and it was a chore every morning to walk to the restaurants to get coffee."

"I've stayed there 3 times and would do so again. The staff is fantastic, especially the manager. The pool is nice, the food is good and so are the drinks. It may be off the main strip but makes up for it in value."

"What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! "

"Beautiful beach with a restaurant and bar. Additional restaurant on the property called wikki grill. Very tasty and cool atmosphere. The room was big. We liked the walk on closet. Good ac as well My only complaint was the mattress was not comfortable. There was a big lump right where you lie and the sides of the bed tapered so you feel like you will roll off. Otherwise the place was amazing"
