"There was laundry?! When checking in they did not state the amenities. Also, be warned, upon checking out I was told to be nowhere near the room. Never ever had that happen to get a deposit back. I understand checking the room but to twll me to not come close to it was concerning. "

"Staff was friendly. Clean room, towels, and good dove shampoo, conditioner and lotions plus all day free coffee in the lobby. Breakfast food was fresh and from 6-10. I really liked that they had those hours to give time to people who aren't early birds. "

"Check in staff member was combative for no reason. I asked if she could extent my stay another night and she said she couldn’t add a second night until the next day after I checked out first and that at that time she would be able to tell me if I could get another night. I said ok, but yet it’s like she wanted an argument with me about it. It was odd. Anyways we checked out the next day and went somewhere else. Other than that the place is clean and nice rooms. She ruined us even wanted to try and stay another night. "
