"I was pleasantly surprised by how plush and nice the bedding was. The staff who assisted me at check-in and check-out were very helpful. The room was fine and had all the expected things. My two less than perfect comments are about the TV signal (on the channel we watched) was regularly lagging, so that the signal/picture had to catch up to the broadcast. "Front desk personnel very pleasant. Room not in excellent shape, furniture needed repair, ran out of breakfast food offerings (which were minimal) .... second floor difficult for disabled and reservation site needs option to indicate disabled ..."
