"Hotel is conveniently located close to the Historic District. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Overall, good deal given the price."

"This hotel was very clean and modern. Bed was so comfortable and lovely the black out curtains. Free parking and breakfast was an added bonus. And above all, the staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. "

Must be newly renovated the bathroom looked brand new beds were comfortable, pillows fluffy. .Extremely well maintained the staff was friendly and helpful gave us great suggestions for shopping and excursions. Breakfast had plenty of options. Honestly can’t say anything bad about our stay. Will definitely be back "

"Exterior looked like an average cost friendly Hotel. Entering the space was okay. Upon checking in the man at the counter stated hot breakfast and talked it up. However, the breakfast was not that great, all the muffins were blueberry and the very small minis, plain mini donuts, dry cereal, no milk, coffee was all decaf, waffle maker burnt the waffles and yet the interior of the waffles was raw, the eggs was watered down, and sausages looks like pork and not appealing. The room was spacious...

"Pros it’s quite. Cons-locked thermostat and staff never responded to my text about turning it down, no exhaust fan in bathroom and windows bolted shut mold in the showers"

"The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right."

"Our only concern, as seniors, was the steep stairs. We were in a downstairs room one night, with stairs down to the first floor. Then we moved to a second floor room, with even steeper stairs. Perhaps a dumb waiter to help with luggage? But the property is lovely, beautifully appointed rooms, excellent service, wonderful staff. Highly recommend!"

"I felt very unsafe at this location. My room was towards back of property. When I entered the back door with a sign saying for your safety this door is kept locked at all times. Ironic as the latch was broken off and the door did not latch in any way!! I did get the very helpful housekeeping manager Jennifer to move me to the front of the building closer to the front desk and I bring my own security lock when traveling. I stayed the 1 night but if you’re traveling by yourself I don’t recommend...

"The place was gross! Floor was slippery, like it had never been mopped. There was a cockroach in my room. The shower was filthy."

"The room was livable but had several problems. The fridge was frosted to the point of not working. The pool area had a trash can that was full for three days. The staff was friendly enough but when a noise issue was reported their actions was ineffectual."
