"Our room was excellent and the breakfast was perfect. Very comfy bed and all the facilities were very good."

"The hotel is going through a transitional period. Old vs New, I'd say. Some parts of the hotel are tired and would benefit from a deep clean while in the central areas the hotel has modernised and freshened up. The beds, linen all main facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and service good."

"There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking . Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?"

"Staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay. Room was impeccably clean and breakfast was lovely. Only slight issue was staff were sometimes a little slow getting to us to order cooked breakfast meaning we had to miss out on the one day because we had an impatient toddler. We also had dinner on our first night and it was lush."
