"Bit dated but ok"

"Breakfast was decent and room was not bad. Room was non-smoking but was likely a refurbished smoking room, with residual odor from past smoking. Odor was not terrible but was a bit annoying. Hotel is near a truck stop, which can be a bit noisy. Having said the above, the room (with king bed) was low price, adequate and a good value for the price."

"Having the restaurant right off the lobby and the shuttle one floor down was very helpful for a tired traveler. The only negative I have is that the reusable bottle of body wash had not been refilled and I barely had enough to shower with. Had there been two in the room one person wouldn’t have been able to shower. These should be refilled after each use of the room so there is no chance it will run out."

"The night that we checked in the front desk was questioning what I wanted to book. After explaining that is what we want she still tried to question it. The following morning when I was trying to check out (530am as we had a drive) I waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Knocked on all the staff doors, called the front desk repeatedly and still no on. No where to put my room keys for a drop box. "A hidden gem. This was a former Hampton Inn but it was just as good as any big name hotel. Rooms were clean and everything was working. Comfortable beds and lots of parking. Excellent gym."

"Expedia asked me to upgrade my room for extra $11. I agreed. That extra $11 got me an extra living space which consisted of a couch and chair that were filthy / torn and had cigarette burns. We had to put a towel on it to sit Front desk most unhelpful - no better rooms - lots of ppl stay in this hotel long term so be aware that it is not really a hotel for short stay.
