Our room was in the -1 floor so it was dim, damp and can use a bit more ventilation. Location is very convenient, just few minutes walk from St Pancras station. Room was clean and we had a good night's rest.

The bed was so uncomfortable I awoke with a v painful shoulder. Not staying here again. One bright spot was Richard the doorman, so helpful & cheerful
