"The rooms were clean but the staff really sucked they didn't know what the hell they were doin they booked me in a room gave me the card so I could open the door it would not open I walk back from the main hotel to the other one three different times to get help with gettingme into my room the gave me three different cards to let me in the room still couldn't get in. So I called for a manager for help I called and called for help each time I called they told me that I'd have to wait because of...

"Staying at the Horseshu was acceptable for a night, but the building is in need of ongoing maintenance. Floors were dirty in main areas. Outside doors were left open and were not able to be closed. Probably try the main hotel if we went back again."

"We really liked this property and will definitely stay here again. Staff was professional and personable. I commented to front desk staff that the pictures completely and accurately depict the property and rooms - unusual! Our room was well-appointed and the beds very comfortable. Our only issue (a personal one to be sure) were the pillows - all were very stiff and hard. Would suggest that of the four pillows on each bed, one would be a much softer one. "
