"Great location and simple check-in. The property was very clean and comfortable, with all the bits you'd need to feel at home. The only issue was the kettle that had a terrible leak, and the coffe machine was loud and tricky to operate."

"Biggest issue was poor communication. Once we were checked in, we found there was very little toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked via their Whatsapp they provided if these could be provided and they said yes, but no one ever showed up and no one communicated until we repeatedly complained. No cleaning supplies is a huge problem if there is no cleaning service for an entire week, especially with a family staying."

Das Viertel ist modern und jung, man merkt die Universität auf der anderen Straßenseite. Davon ab ist Fitzrovia natürlich eher ein Besserverdiener-Viertel, es entsteht also eine interessante Mischung. "The stairs up to the apartment are a little challenging but dont let that scare you away. It has everything you need and more. So close to St Pancras you just fall out of bed to get a train or ride the tube. Part of a longer journey, the washing machine a treat. Lots of food prep items. But the best was the communication with the host. Best we've ever experienced. Quiet street but so close to everything."

Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family.
