"helpfull"

"I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Beautiful property, the grounds are so peaceful. The room is amazing a huge room with a huge bathroom. The staff goes above and beyond. First time in London and we picked the perfect place to stay. Location is excellent!"

"Great breakfast"

"There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything."

"Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and so lovely with our children. We enjoyed the spacious room and the swimming pool was amazing. When we returned from being out in London the staff were so welcoming back and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful luxurious stay. "Very helpful staff. Willing to make sure your needs were taken care of. I have stayed here a few times before and they have always maintained their standard. Easy access to the malls, restaurants, stores, etc."
